Children's information deserves the strongest care
Guardian is built around one idea: a hidden button is not protection. Every rule is checked by Guardian itself, on every request, for every school.
Invitation only
No public sign-up and no shared passwords. Every account starts with a personal, single-use invitation that expires.
Two-step sign-in for leaders
School owners and administrators confirm sensitive actions with an authenticator app on their phone.
Separate schools
Each school sees only its own students, families, codes and files. A school name or logo is never treated as permission.
Least access for staff
Staff get only the duties they need: collecting, inviting parents, managing transport or revealing codes are separate rights.
Everything recorded
Handovers, code reveals, permission changes and reviews are recorded with who did what, and when.
Private photos
Photos are stored privately and shown only to people whose role needs them, never through public links.
What Guardian keeps, and why
We keep what a safe handover needs, and nothing more.
- Student names, classes and photos, so staff can recognise children
- Pickup people's names, phones and photos, so staff can recognise adults
- Handover and arrival records, so schools and families can review what happened
- Journey location only during an active journey, and only for authorised viewers
Wrong codes reveal nothing
Failed attempts are counted to alert the school, but the attempted numbers are never stored.
Exports leave out secrets
Reports never include usable codes, raw locations or restricted case notes.

When you send us a message
The contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone, your role, your school and its town, and your message. We use these details only to reply to your request and, for schools, to arrange a walkthrough. We keep messages for up to 24 months, then delete them. To see or delete what you sent, reply to any email from us or write to [email protected].
Something not right?
If you are worried about a child's safety, contact the school straight away. To report a problem with Guardian itself, get in touch with us.
