Add a name, phone and photo for each trusted adult, pick which children and for how long. Guardian issues a five-digit code.

The adult gives the code. Staff see their photo and only the children they may collect, and compare face to photo.

How do I join Guardian?
Guardian is by invitation only. Your school sends you a personal invitation link by email. Open it, create your password and you are in. There is no public sign-up.
What if someone else needs to collect my child?
Add them as a pickup person with their name, phone and photo, choose the children and the dates, and Guardian gives you a code to share with them. Staff check the code and photo at the gate.
What happens if someone enters a wrong code?
Nothing is revealed. A wrong code shows no child and no names. After several failed attempts the school is alerted to review what happened.
Can my children be at different schools?
Yes. One Guardian account works with every school that invites you. Each school only ever sees its own records.
How does my school start using Guardian?
A school leader contacts us through the contact form. We arrange a walkthrough, set up the school's private workspace and invite its School Super Administrator, who then invites staff and parents.
