Website privacy notice
This notice covers this public website only. It explains what happens to the information you give us through the contact form. The Guardian platform used by schools and families has its own privacy terms, provided by your school.
In short
- This website has no accounts, sets no tracking cookies and loads no advertising or analytics scripts.
- We only receive personal information when you choose to send us a message.
- We use it only to reply to you, and delete it after 24 months at the latest.
What the contact form collects
Your name, email address, phone number (optional), whether you are a school leader, school staff, a parent or someone else, the name, city and country of the school, the approximate number of students (optional), and your message.
The form never asks for information about children. Please do not include any child's personal information in your message.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your request: for a school, to arrange a walkthrough of Guardian; for a parent, to contact the school you named. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
How your message reaches us
When you press Send message, the form is delivered to our team inbox ([email protected]) through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes the message on as an email. Our inbox is hosted by Google. These providers process the message only to deliver and store it for us.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for up to 24 months so we can follow up on a walkthrough or a school's request, then delete them.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email from us, or write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Technical information
Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs to keep the site secure and working. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so visiting it does not send your information to font or analytics companies.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
